Hi
I know there has been a thread before relating to this but couldn't find an answer on how to resolve.
My Blaze disconnects from my phone during an exercise meaning not all the details are tracked. I'm using a Samsung S8+.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Scott90! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with the GPS disconnecting while you're exercising 😕
Now, when you're sorrounded of very tall trees or buildings, this may interfere with your GPS signal so, do you think this could be the case? If not, you could try to restart your tracker or set it up as a new device.
For restarting your Blaze, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot
Now, for setting up your tracker as a new device, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Let me know if you need more help with this!

I have the same problem and when I do as followed, my Blaze continues to disconnect. Please offer an alternative solution.

@FerdinandFitbit, your answer is on the assumption it is the GPS signal that is weak. But that was not the question raised. I am also inquiring because I have set the app to MobileRun w/GPS, along with setting the Blaze to 'Run' activity mode with Connected GPS to the same device running MobileRun. The 2 recorded activity should look exactly the same, but the one recorded from the Blaze w/connected GPS has many spots where speed is 0 mph (this was after exporting both to Strava and converting it to a bicycle ride, so I can look at MPH over time in detail instead of looking at mile split data).

I have restarted , unpaired and reconnected my Blaze and I continue to have the same issue everytime I use the Walk feature. It connects and within seconds vibrates and disconnects and never reconnects and I have full service and functionality.

I have the Moto g6 with Android 8.0. I have all of these problems. I do note that this Moto phones syncs much easier than my Samsung S6 and S7 in the past but tracking exercise is a big challenge for Fitbit.
