Over the last week the GPS on my Fitbit app/Blaze is not working. When I go to track the exercise, it comes up with the message "Poor GPS Alert - Continuing with tracking could result in irregular GPS data for this activity". I have bluetooth on on my Iphone 6, as well as mobile data and wifi all turned on. My location services are turned on for the app too. My phone is not on power save mode either..
I haven't even had my blaze for a month, so this is really disappointing. It worked absolutely fine for the first couple weeks of having it, so it can't be my location. My favourite thing about the blaze was the fact I can track my runs on GPS, but not being able to do this for the last week has been incredibly frustrating. Is anyone else having any issues? Any recommendations? I'm pretty desperate for this issue to be sorted!

It's great to welcome you @laynz. If the GPS connected feature is not working, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My Blaze GPS is not working post. After these steps test this feature.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()
