The Galaxy 6edge is so a haworth me phone amd meddling to be fully tested. Not being on the list does not mean that it doesn't work, but that it is not gaurenteed to have all functions working.
With many phones haveing simaler hardware as its predecessor it is very likely that the Blaze will at least sync. The music control is setup as an external keybord, so it is most likely going to work. The other functions are buyer beware.
My thought would be to try it out on a demo phone.

Hello @FirstLady welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂 As @Rich_Laue mentioned if the phone is not on the list of compatible devices it doesn't mean it won't sync. It can sync but we can not guarantee it will work properly as it is still being tested. Let me know if you have issues with syncing, the set up process or notifications so I can provide you the proper troubleshoot.
I'll be around if you have any questions. 🙂
