Getting started with Fitbit Blaze

I just got my very first fitbit blaze, first fitbit ever, and I am getting a message that the bluetooth is off.  How do I turn it on.  I am only getting the message of fitbit.com/setup on the screen of my fitbit

I just received my FitBit today and I am returning it tomorrow. Will not sync with my phone and the wrist band is impossible to put on. I am not surprised to read all the complaints about the FitBit. The product is for someone far more patient than me. PS - I like the concept. Can someone recommend a better product? Thank you.

did you read the non existing complaints from happy people ?

not, of course.

I'm sure happy customers rarely complain. Smiley LOL

Is Fitbit the culprit if you're not patient and didnt' try to understand how it works ?

Best thing to send it back. It will only let you down within 12 months imo

@BERISWEET I've moved your post about the Blaze out of the Surge forum.

I have to agree with @SunsetRunner, out of the millions of Blaze watches sold since the release there are relatively few complainers. In general something has to stand way out in front before a few will give out praise, we do have users who are not afraid to say how much they enjoy their fitbits. Here is one of several threads of happy fitbit owners. With a search, a thread on happy blaze owners can be found..

@BERISWEET  Sounds like you need to set up your Blaze.  Here is a link to the user manual https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_blaze_en_US.pdf

Hope that helps~
