Getting text messages notifications but not seeing the content

I have turned on Text Message Notifications.  I receive a notification that there is a text message, but no content.  Is there a setting somewhere to turn on the content?

 

I have an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S7)

Hi there @fweiss1. Great to have you in the Forums! 🙂

 

It could be that in your messages settings, it's set not to show the preview or sender of the message. To get this straight, go to your phone's settings, look for your messages settings and in Notifications, make sure that the option to see the sender and the preview of the message are both selected and then make your tracker to sync and see if that makes any difference.
