Glass damage - Poor response from Fitbit

Well, I was extremely happy with my Blaze until a few weeks in I found a crack across the screen. Within a few days more cracks had spread from the first one. I contacted Fitbit who wanted a photo. They deduced, purely from the photo that I'd smashed it. 

Maybe it had impacted something, i don't know. But if it had, It wasn't hard enough for me to feel it. Fitbit clearly has an issue with the glass as evidenced by all the posts and reviews about it but they refused to change it and offered me discount on a new one!!!

That is appalling customer service and I certainly wouldn't recommend Fitbit to anyone else. I certainly wouldn't buy another Blaze if it only lasts three weeks/

I have had my blaze since it came out with no problems. You are 3 weeks in so something happened.
