I have completed goal day a large number of times since September 16th, 2018. Additionally, I have had two or three phones since September 16th 2018. Any one know why this will not update on the fitbit servers? Yes, other information does update as it should.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that the goal day challenge trophy is suck in such date. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app? When did you notice this issue? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

As mentioned in my original post, I have had 2 or 3 phones since the date previously listed so steps 1 - 6 have been done multiple times on multiple devices since 2018 to no avail. I will try those steps but I do not believe it will work since it has been done multiple times.
I am currently using a k8 LG and I have a blaze. All my other data updates without fail. Just my trophies like daily goal do not update. I have noticed the problem a number of times I just haven't bothered mentioning anything until now. I couldn't say for certain when I first noticed it.
My badges for floors updated today. Redwood says last earned January 10,2020. Badges for sneakers updated with a date of jan 9 2020.
It is only Daily Goal trophy that will not update.
