Any idea when the Fitbit will become compatible with the Google Pixel 2? I'd really like to upgrade my Blaze to a newer, improved product but refuse to drop the money on a Fitbit that won't connect through my phone (especially when the texts won't connect).

Hey @ccmike21, welcome to the Forums.
Regarding your inquiry, we don't have this information but you can keep an eye on your list of compatible mobile devices for any update. Also, remember that even if you don't have a compatible phone, you can always sync your tracker with a computer or a compatible unit.
See you later.

I've had the Charge 2 since right after it came out. I currently have the Pixel 2 XL and have no issues with connectivity between them. I had some trouble when I first got my original Pixel, but once that resolved, all has been fine. I'm looking forward to getting the Versa.

Yea, apparently the original Pixel and Pixel 2 XL are compatible with no issues. It's just the Pixel 2 that isn't compatible which I don't understand and is quite frustrating 😕

My blaze connects to my phone to update the app with my steps but I cannot get my texts, calls or the music function.

My Pixel 2 connected just fine to Fitbit until I upgraded to the new operating system. Now I can't even connect using my Windows 10 desktop computer. Starting to look at other brands of step counters.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app, and removing and re-adding your tracker?

Hey all, hope you are doing fine.
Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices.
The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found here. If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models.
A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.
Let me know if you need anything else.

At this point, I am moving on from Fitbit. My Fitbit One will not sync to either my Windows 10 computer (less than a month old) or my Pixel 2. I'm sorry Fitbit, but after 3 years of continual trouble- countless restarts, multiple mobile devices not supported, multiple desktop computers not supported, and multiple Fitbit devices- I'm moving on and I encourage others with Fitbit sync issues to do the same.

My Google Pixel 2 is listed as being compatible with the Fitbit Charge HR so why won't the app or desktop version allow me even add the device?
All operating systems are up to date.
