Huh... this sounds like your tracker somehow got unpaired from your account. Let me help you with that.
The first thing you can try would be to log out of your Fitbit app and then log back in with your same email address and password. Once you've done this, see if the information appears again. Does the Blaze tile appear at the top of your dashboard? If not, this means that the tracker is not paired, so what you will need to do is to go to the account section, select the "Set up a new device" option and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the set up process. After you've completed the process, you should be able to see the tiles again.
