HR Sensor continuously working even if set to Off

Hi all,

 

Since 2 weeks the HR sensor of my Blaze is continuously switched on even if it is Auto or Off state set. I try to shutdown, hard reset, unpair and pair with another account, more or less every idea that I had. I wrote to customer support so far no news.

 

Any other ideas? Thanks in advance!

I'm sorry you're having problems with your heart rate monitor not working as it should. Thanks a lot for what you've already tried!

I'd like to know... even though you can not turn it off, is it tracking your heart rate correctly? Also, have you had any response from the Support Team? Did you contact them via email, did you call or was it through chat?

I'd like to help you out with this if you've still not received any news from the Support Team, so let me know if you need more help!

Hi Ferdinand, the HR it works acurate as far as I can tell (no difference from before). The issue it’s finnaly that the battery lasts one day.

I gave an email to the Support Team. So far no luck.
