Having trouble setting up account

Hi , I did have a Fitbit product previously , I have now purchased a Fitbit Blaze & having trouble setting up account........ due to previous product account , the system keeps saying "email address isin use with existing account "  ?

any ideas

@Colby215 you are trying to setup an account that is already setup.

Instead of trying to setup, you want to choose i already have an account, then log into the account. 

 

Now if you have a phone that compatable, download the app, log into your account, then go to account and press "add device"

I would contact Support, so they can get you access back to your account.
