Hi 

my heart rate and calories aren’t working even after resetting my fit bit

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing that you have tried restarting your Fitbit to get these features to work correctly.

 

I want to ask you to share more details on the matter. What exactly is happening? How are these features not working? Are they not being tracked by your Fitbit or not showing on your Dashboard? Do you see the HR lights working on the back of your device?
