Hi all. I've had my Fitbit blaze since the end of January. Loved it, still do- but I'm having issues with a few things one being the heart rate. For weeks now it hasn't read my heart rate which is really annoying. The green lights on the back used to flash then they were just solid green now no lights at all. I've reset my watch, moved my watch up my arm I've tried everything, nothing works! Also no my sleep pattern doesn't work, it looks like i haven't sleepy since Saturday. Any advice muchly appreciated

A warm welcome to the Forums @Sophs1991 and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your Blaze is not recording your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to find some instructions to fix this inconvenience and some tips to improve it.

@Sophs1991 since you say the lights are not working, have yoi checked your settings on the Blaze to make sure the HR is set for auto or on?

Thanks for the information @Sophs1991, have you checked the information that our friend here @Rich_Laue is suggesting? If you haven't, please do it.
