A proud almost 1-year blaze owner here. My blaze has been correctly tracking my everything and helped me lose 35 pounds in the past year, so thank you for your product and I really loved this device.
However, I noticed my heart rate has been wildly inaccurate after this update. My workouts last week has been giving me an average heart rate of 115-120, which used to be 145-150. As I'm typing this thread, my heart rate is only 55 and it seems I'm asleep.
Please help me fix this and lose more weight. Love you all!

It's great to welcome you @maydayhighbury and to hear that the Fitbit products have been helpful for you. Please continue like this!
Regarding your heart rate inconvenience, have you restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend doing this and also, please take a look at this post, where you will be able to find some information about what might be affecting this reading and how to fix it.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

I certainly have restarted, shut it down and restart, and any other suggested solutions. Then I switched the watch to my right wrist from my left wrist(non-dominant) and it's working as usual now. I don't know what's causing this because I shower twice a day and don't wear my blaze when I shower. Really weird.

The good news here is that your tracker is now working @maydayhighbury. If you experience again this inconvenience, do not hesitate in posting us.
Catch you later.

I wouldn't say it is working really... since I wear my fitbit on my left arm and it is in my way when I write and type if I wear it on my right arm, and it's still not tracking my heart rate correctly when it's on my left arm...

Thanks for the information @maydayhighbury. Have you tried to turn off the heart rate feature and turn it back on? If you haven't, please try this procedure and also restart your tracker a couple of times more. You can turn off your heart rate by doing the following directly from it:
1. Swipe to settings
2. Tap the heart rate option
3. Select off (sync)
4. Select Auto or on (sync)
Keep in mind that you need to sync with every change.
See you around.
