Hi
I just got my Fitbit Blaze today but I have yet to be able to get it to work. I am stuck on the fitbit/ setup screen on my device. On my Iphone it states that the battery is to low to complete an update. So I started to charge it but I have had it in the charger for 2 hours and it is still showing as the battery is empty. I have cleaned the charger contacts, I have reset my device and I have swapped usb ports. what else can I try?

Are you saying the app is still saying the battery is low? While the tracker shows Fitbit.com there will not be any battery indicator.
Have you tried your phones charger?

Have you tried using the phone charger wall wort yet? And dies the Blaze vibrate when hooking the charger up?

I got one today and the same thing happened. I tried different wall outlets and a computer outlet. Any idea what the cause(s) could be?
