I’ve tried resetting it 3 times in a row and my heart rate is not working, it has been that way for at least a week and no green lights flashing and if I have it on “on” it stays at 70 and if I put it on auto it just has a dotted line - - what am I supposed to do to get it to work? I have only had it for 8 months....

Hi, @amobonjour, if the green lights are not flashing, on your app please try turning your HR detection to "off" and then sync your Blaze. Check the date and time of your last sync to make sure that it really does sync.
Then turn it back to "auto" or "on" and sync again. Hopefully the lights will begin flashing again.
If that still does not work, the next step is to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. They will talk you through your options.
