Hi,
I recently bought Fitbit Blaze from Amazon. The watch i got first time was not working so had to get that replaced. Now the replacement which i received capturing steps but Heart rate monitor sensors are not working. I tried the solutions posted in this community like restarting the watch, changing the heart rate monitor setting to OFF and sync and then change it to ON/AUTO and force sync it. But non of the options worked. I even shutdown the device and booted it again. In any case Heart rate monitor sensor behind the watch are not glowing and there are no values showing up in the app. As it is a replacement item i wont be getting a replacement again from amazon as per their policy. Please suggest is there anything else i can do it make it work.
