Hello, I am having some serious issues with my Blaze. I have had it since last July and it has been wonderful with no problems until this week. On Monday, the step counter broke at night at counted 20,000 steps in the span of 30 minutes as I was trying to sleep. I ended up restarting it in hopes that would help but it did not. The step counter kept counting up but then the Fitbit wouldn't stop restarting itself over and over again. This kept going throughout the next two days until it died but then wasn't able to be charged. I then ordered a new charger and it worked so I wore it Friday, but there were still issues. The heart rate monitor no longer functions and the step counter doesn't count steps, instead it counts when I sit and doesn't when I am walking/exercising. I am really frustrated with it as it was fantastic but now doesn't work at all. I don't know what to do. I haven't ever used it in water and only gets when during workouts when I sweat. Please help because I don't know if I trust Fitbit after this if their watches will suffer major malfunctions seemingly at random.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
Restart

It's great to welcome you @bubowskee, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having issues with your Blaze? If you do, could you please provide me with some screenshots of the app where I can see the information that your tracker is recording?
Hope to hear from you soon.
