Heart rate does not reflect on app after run

Hi

My average heart rate is visible on the fitness device after my run, however it does not reflect on the appScreenshot_20170620-154543.png

Have you tried to restart your phone? If you haven't, I recommend trying this procedure. Also, you can try to log out and log back in to your account.
