For the past month and a half my heart rate monitors has completely stop working. I have it on auto because if it’s ON the battery lasts two days tops... when I take it of all of the sudden the air has a heart beat but on my wrist nothing.. I’ve tried everything and the device is almost new I bought it in June... it’s shouldnt be causing me so much trouble.

The heart rate monitor should be on auto, to achieve the very best results, moreover having a new fitbit should also suggest that your battery should last for about 5 days. given that you already have two malfunctioning software in your fitbit blaze, i suggest you should play the 'warranty' card and get another fitbit blaze. the heart rate monitor is ultimately one of the most legendary features of the fitbit blaze.
