My heart rate monitor is not working. There’s no light on it. Can anyone help?

I'm having the same problem. I tried resetting and cycling through the on>auto>off. Does that do anything for you?
I've emailed fitbit support and they are offering me a replacement because the lights just won't pick anything up.

The lights on my Blaze are note lighting up. I have followed all the troubleshooting guidelines and have had no luck. Anyone have ideas? I haven't even had this fitbit for 2 years yet. I wear it nearly every day and will be lost without it.
