I have restarted my fitbit blaze several times since experiencing problems with firstly the battery draining within a day. Then I noticed that it has stopped recording my sleep & now the heart rate monitor has stopped working. I've had it almost 2 years is this the norm?

No, it shouldn't be the norm. My Fitbit is approaching 18 months old and the heart rate monitor has stopped working. I get a reading about once a week if I'm lucky. The tracker itself never shows a number (used to show it all the time).
I've tried all of the 'solutions' the forum/on line help/Google suggest - no good. I'm looking for a replacement.

Thanks for your reply. I'm on the look out for a new one. Warranty tends to be 24 months now instead of the 12 which is a bonus.
