Heart rate not working

I have the Blaze and my heart rate is not showing up on app nor on the Blaze itself.  It used to work and just stopped and I can't figure out how to get it back on.  Any advice?

Try a reset. Press left and lower right button until the Fitbit logo appeers.

I tried that earlier.....and just tried that again and that didn't work unfortunately.

I am experiencing the exact same thing.  did the reset a few times and it is not working.
