Hi,
My Fitbit Blaze is just 12 weeks old. Last Monday the heart rate stopped continually calculating. My heart rate graph on my android app is sketchy with mostly gaps. I am not getting an updating resting rate either. Heart rate appears as two lines on the screen. Green lights at flashing, heart rate is turned on in the preferences and everything else apart from the sleep cycles (which depend on the heart rate ) is working fine. I have shut down, rebooted and checked all settings and reinstalled the app. This is frustrating.
Any ideas?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

It's great to welcome you @Western_Sydney, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @WendyB for stopping by.
I just would like to know if the restart procedure that our friend @WendyB recommend worked for you? I suggest taking a look at this post where our friend @FerdinandFitbit is providing some tips to follow to have a better heart rate reading.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
Best AnswerThanks for the suggestion. I tried it and the heart rate kicked in for a few minutes then the lines were back . I think I will have to get in touch with support. It was ok untill I charged it las Monday, it must be a malfunction. Thanks for helping 😊

Thanks, sadly I still have the double lines with just spasmodic heart rate appearances. I will check out those other links and contact support. Stands for your replies and welcomes 😊😊
