Hey, hope someone can help, my heartrate on my fitbit blaze wont work, the lights on the back dont light up either so im guessing this is the problem , what can i do to correct this? thankyou

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

If your heart rate is not working, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to find some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
