Heart rate sensor not working

My Blaze heart rate monitor has just stopped working. The two green lights are off. Monitor is set to 'automatic'. I have tried switching the setting to 'on' or 'off', both on device and app, forcing sync, restarting the device via the two button restart, shutting it down. The device is fully charged.

 

Any ideas?

With all the stuff you have done to resolve it. Then its time to contact support. Please tell them what you have done so far
