My heart rate monitor isn’t working. The green lights are working and I’ve re set the watch several time. It feels like the case on the sensor at the back feels broken. It it possible to get this replaced?

My heart rate monitor isn’t working. I’ve rest several time with no effect. Green lights are still working. The casing on the back (that goes against my wrist) feels like it broken/damaged ? Can this and or the sensor be replaced?
