Heart rate tracking and sleep stopped working

About three days ago, heart rate tracking and sleep tracking both suddenly stopped (Sunday night Sydney time), have tried restarting Blaze, restarting phone (Google Pixel), updating Fitbit app, re-installing Fitbit app, checking green lights on back are active and the HR is set to 'auto'. Nothing seems to work.
