I have tried checking setting to ensure HR monitor is on, restarting, adding new device, completed recent firmware update and my Blaze will not read my heart rate. No flashing green light on sensor?

Haven't heard anything from Fitbit support regarding this problem. Why not? Poor customer service 😢
