Heartrate not working during Spin

The heartrate monitor either drops completely or drops to a number that is not accurate when I am spinning. I do not have this problem during boot camp classes. Any suggestions?

It's nice to have you on board @Sid1001! You may want to check this tips in order to get an accurate heart rate reading. Also, you can try restarting it. 

Additionally, Does the heart rate always drops in your spinning classes? Have you had this issue in any other activity?
