Honor 9 compatibility

I bought a Blaze last week then bought a Huawei Honor 9 this week only to find out they are not compatible! Does anyone know if it will be? Or does anyone know how to get it to sync? It works after I completely delete the app and reinstall it but then after a few minutes it won't sync again. Thanks!

A warm welcome to the Forums @ryandavey85!

I don't have information about when a device will be compatible, you can keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update. In the meantime, you can take a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there, but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.

See you later. Robot Happy

Hi ryan

I'm having exactly the same problem with Honor 9 Lite and Ionic.

Did you find a solution

Many thanks

I bought the Ionic and really upset it is not compatable with the Honor 9. Last fitbit product I buy. Also why is it so hard for fitbit to give a forecast on when they will make phones compatable. I'm sure they work in project teams with goals and targets and know what they are doing next. I wish they would tell us the forecast for the honor 9, or state they have no plans. Customer service was dreadful when I contacted them on the issue. They response was buy a phone that compatable! Thats a great way to keep customers fitbit!

More like buy a fitness tracker that is compatible, and not a one that works with a handful of handsets with no development.
