Hourly Activity Steps not syncing properly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For the past three days, the hourly steps on my watch are not being synced on the dashboard on my Android App. Example, my watch would show 8 of 10 hours of hitting goal and my app would only show 3 of 10 hours. I've restarted phone and Blaze as well as restarted the Bluetooth.

@AlejandraFitbit...the link to the post that you sent me only discuss that this issue was resolved by the engineering team earlier this year. I, however, am just experiencing this issue and there are no steps listed in the post about how to fix it. Can you please provide the steps in this post?

Thanks,

Chandra

Thanks for your reply @ChandraJ, I recommend setting up your Blaze as a new device by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Remember to sync your tracker first, so you won't lose your information.

@AlejandraFitbit....I went through the "Setup a New Device" twice. The first time, I removed the Blaze and re-added it and the problem still existed. Then I just a went through the "Setup a New Device", I did a "replace Blaze" and re-added my Blaze and I'm still having the same problem. I also uninstalled the FitBit app, rebooted my phone and then re-install the app to no avail. So, neither reinstalling the app or re-adding the Blaze fixed this issue. I've attached pictures from today. I also noticed that if I haven't completed my 250 steps before ten to the hour (e.g. 9:50, 10:50), my Blaze no longer give me the reminder of how many steps I have remaining in that hour.Screenshot_20171113-145535.pngPicture1.jpg

Thanks for the information and for the screenshots @ChandraJ. I will be escalating this to our team, in the meantime, your patience will be much appreciated while they review this. Please while they work on this, make sure that your tracker is syncing as it should and that your tracker and app are updated.

Catch you later. Woman Happy
