Hourly weather notification

Did anyone know of an app or an avenue to have an hourly notification for weather? I have tried Yahoo weather but it's only 2 times a day. That's the best thing I've found but the notification doesn't always go to my blaze.

If your looking for an App it would've very helpful to include the type of phone.

I am not sure about weather apps but at the moment of downloading one, you need to go to that app settings and see if it have an option to tell you the weather hourly. Also, you need to go to the app notifications settings on the Fitbit app and see if the app you downloaded appears there, if it doesn't, that app isn't compatible with Fitbit.
