It's great to see you around @xforce11 and thanks for the attachments. I would like to know if you keep having problems with this feature? If you do, please restart your tracker and check your active hours by doing the following from your phone:

1. Tap the Blaze icon

2. Tap Reminder to Move

3. Check your start and end time

4. Edit it

5. Save

6. Sync

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I am having the same issue. My tracker says I have 10 out of 10, my app says 9. I have been looking into this and can't seem to fix it. I have rebooted the tracker, logged in and out of the app, checked my settings, done multiple syncs, updated everything, switched from the old dashboard to new and back again. I'm getting frustrated that I can't get it fixed. I bought the blaze 4 days ago and it's done it 3 of 4 days.

I've been having the same issue for months...it seems to be the hours where it "nudges" me at 10 minutes before the end of the hour and I barely make it over the 250 steps...happened again yesterday....

I contacted fitbit customer service yesterday. They said their is a bug in the app and that there is nothing we can do to make it work properly. They have to fix the app then it will work. Apparently they are working on it and "expect it to be fixed soon."

@AlejandraFitbit OK this only happens on days when I charge my Fitbit.  I've re-started my Fitbit, checked the reminder to move settings, and synced but it is still not seeing my last hour as complete on the phone app.  I've even turned off reminder to move, synced, closed the app, restarted the fitbit, started the app, synced, turned on reminder to move, and synced no joy.  It seems like charging right after the last hour negates that hour.  If I tell it to do 8 hours and sync it shows success.  Change it back to 9 and sync it still doesn't see the last hour.

I just had this happen as well. Blaze shows correct hours, app doesn't. Tried resetting the Blaze, the App and the iPhone. Nothing worked 😞

It is getting worse and worse.  Days where it is not recording 250 step hours during the middle of the day. Multiple days where it will not count the last hour as complete even though it is.  I've turned off the app, turned off bluetooth, restarted the fitbit. Still no luck.  @AlejandraFitbit this needs to be fixed in a software update a.s.a.p.

I'm still seeing this issue! I was very disappointed yesterday and now today where it showed I missed an hour, even though I got my little rocket. So sad. Cat Sad

My hours with 250+ steps are not syncing with the app period. It's shown 0 of 6 for well over a week now. My sleep is also not syncing.
