I bought a used Fitbit Blazer from a friend of mine, I tried to sync it to my phone, but the code that I had to put it did not show, all but the regular stuff like clock, steps, etc
so then i thought i whould use youtube or google to see if anyone had shown how to factory reset it, but as usual i find everything else but what i am looking for in info.
I want to have it 100% resetted where when i turn it on next it will give me the code to put in to sync it with my phone? or are Fitbit made to be for 1 person only and never to be sold again?

Hey there @GBTO. Good to see you in the Forums! 🙂
If you got this tracker from a friend, the only thing you need to do is make sure that your account has all your correct personal information and set it up for it to take these changes and work tailored for your own information. You can not do a factory reset on a Fitbit Blaze but if you're not being able to pair it to your account, you can restart it by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will reboot the tracker and then, you can go into the Fitbit app and if you go to the Account section, choose the option that says "Set up a new device" and follow the on-screen instructions. It should go through without any problem.
Let me know how it goes!

Did what you told me to do and there is a problem.
On the left side of the device there is 1 singel button, when holding in that button nothing happens.. i even held it in for 2 mins.
and both button on the right did nothing either, 1 said notification on or off and the other said no notifications.

Oh, it should be the left button and the lower right button at the same time. Press them both together for 10-12 seconds and the tracker should go off and come back on with the Fitbit logo @GBTO
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

Thanks for getting back @GBTO. If you're referring to the Samsung Galaxy S4, it appears to be compatible in the list of compatible devices.
What exactly about location does it say? Is there a button where you can agree to use location services or it's just an error message? Is there a chance you can take a screenshot of how it looks for you and attach it to this thread in your next response for me to see what it is exactly?
