Hi @DWick, welcome to our Community Forums! I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Let me share that the Blaze will track your steps, floors, distance and calories burned, however it doesn't record your speed when doing your activities. You can adjust the type of units used for your height, weight and water consumption with the following steps:
1. Open the Fitbit app in your phone and tap the account icon.
2. Tap on Advanced settings and then on Units.
3. Choose the type of units you want to use. For distance you can choose either centimeters/kilometers or feet/miles.
4. Don't forget to sync after doing any changes.
