How do I get it to send a low battery notification to my phone,for some reason it’s sending it to my email address

Hi there @Wobble46, welcome to the Community Forums.
Go to this page (notifications) and make sure to notifications for low battery are on for both mobile and email. If they are, turn them off and save. Then turn them back on and save. You should receive notification afterwards.
Also, note that this works based on how often you sync your tracker. If your tracker doesn't sync to your dashboard, there is no way for it to send you a notification letting you know that the battery is low. If your Bluetooth is not turned on, this will prevent your tracker from syncing and therefore from sending you notifications, so be sure that your Bluetooth is on at all times or at least to get your tracker to sync.
