Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just bought a used Blaze because my old one would not hold a charge. Now the problem that I have is that I can't get it to go back to factory setting s so that I can program it for me. Please help!

For Blaze is not possible to do a Factory Reset or Clear User Data. You can find more information here: How do I erase my Fitibit device?

In this case, once you've set up your Blaze to your Fitbit account, it will start tracking your data based on your personal information. However, the information that it's already tracked on the device will be there until midnight when the Blaze resets the information.

My recommendation would be to set up your Fitbit tomorrow morning after it has reset the information so you can start fresh and with your information. Woman Wink

While reading your post I was wondering if you had another Fitbit device paired to your Fitbit account? If so, I'd suggest to try the following:

1. Remove the old device(s) from the Bluetooth settings (in case you have more Fitbit devices that are no longer in use).
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Setup your Blaze

Give this a go and let me know if this time you can successfully link your device, I'll be around.
