How do i get my dashboard to recognize my new tracker?

I'm having fits getting my dashboard to recognize my Blaze. I am upgrading from Charge HR to Blaze and not making any progress...any assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

Set it up as a new device.

It's great to see you here @SunsetRunner and @Driver8666 thanks for stopping by and the tip provided. Woman Happy I would like to know if you keep having problems connecting your Blaze with your computer? If you do, I recommend restarting your tracker and follow these steps:

 

1. Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the date and time on your computer.
2. Click Open Main Menu.
3. Click Set Up A New Fitbit Device.
4. Click Existing User and log in to your account.
5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
