Syncing to Strava

I synch all my runs to Strava and have had generally no problems. However, I have a 4 mile run in my Firbit account which for some reason doesn't load to Strava. I have subsequently synced to Steava with no problems but this run refused to liar into Strava. Any ideas?

A warm welcome to the Community @neilmdavies1. In this case, I recommend doing the following from your computer:

 

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Applications

3. Revoke access to Strava

4. Sync

 

After this, please relink again both accounts by doing the following:

 

  1. Visit http://strava.fitbit.com/ and click Connect.
  2. You'll be prompted to log into your Strava account.
  3. When prompted, authorize Strava to connect to your Fitbit account and follow the onscreen instructions.

I only got a fitbit Blaze recently and the first few weeks the link between fitbit and strava was fine, but since Saturday nothing that I've recorded on Strava has gone over to my fitbit account. I've revoked access on both accounts three or four times and left different lengths of time on each occasion but nothing has worked.

 

Can you tell me why please?

Ditto here. I've been using a Charge HR (and previously a Flex) and Strava would reliably pull to Fitbit after a bike ride. Starting this week this is NOT working anymore. It DID work on Friday October 7th, but not on the 11th.

 

I have tried revoking access and then setting up again. This did not do anything to fix it. @AlejandraFitbit can you please give an update on why this is now broken?

hmm... seems to be working again today. Maybe fixed already? it did not work on Tuesday for me... so maybe that revoke access then restore access between fitbit and strava did help.
