Nothing But Problems

I've been working on this all day, since I bought the thing this afternoon - so five hours in total.

 

It won't synch with myfitness pal.  I can't get it to synch with my phone.  And now it says clock error.  It looked like it was recording my workout, but poof- that's gone.

 

I've searched this board, read the owners manual and searched the internet.  I've had nothing but problems.

 

There is also two bubbles which form whenever I touch the right buttons. 

 

Taking it back tomorrow for a refund.  Thanks for wasting my time fitbit.

Just a really expensive useless watch, and it isn't even fully water proof, so my casio has it beat.

Welcome to the Community @yyz123. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you were able to paired your Blaze? Since once you paired it the clock error will go away. If you keep having problems, restart your Blaze then try the setup procedure from a computer.

I did all that.  It actually showed one or two texts.  Now I haven't even touched anything and it's back to clock error.  How many times a day do I have to fix this thing?  This fitbit is like a full time job or a child.  Needs constant care to do what it is supposed to.  I still have pressure bubbles on the sides.  Called support, one guy told me to go get another one, another guy told me that's what is supposed to happen.  I'm so distraught.  I really wanted this to work.  I don't even have the time to return it.

It won't let me do the reset up via the app anymore.  I'm literally on nine hours with this thing.

Also, I can't stay by my computer 24/7.  I do have a job and a family and a life.  Please make this work for me.

Since you have already tried all troubleshoot possible, I recommend getting in touch directly with our support team, I know they will be glad to help you out since they have the proper tools to see what's wrong with your tracker.
