How do you change the background pic in your app?

A few of my friends have changed the background on their Fitbit dashboard but when I follow what they say it doesn't keep the pic... any ideas what I'm doing wrong

Out of curiosity @Mummsy2011 which of the 5 dashbords are you refferring to? Posting in the tracker forum about a dashboad question gives us nothing to work with.

Have you asked your friends how they did this?

Hi there @Mummsy2011. Great to see you in the Community Forums!

 

As @Rich_Laue says, it would be helpful to know where are you changing your picture on. For instance, if you're on an iOS or and Android device, tap at the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to your account. Here tap on your profile at the top, then tap on the gear icon that you will see at the top right corner and here you will have the option to change your profile photo or your cover photo. Change it from here and save the changes. It should automatically be updated and it will reflect also here in the Community.
