Hi there,

 

I recently got a Fitbit Blaze and have had no problems thus far, but when connecting my music over Bluetooth I found I was able to control pause/play of the track and volume of the teach using the side buttons but I was unable to skip/restart a track using the on-screen buttons. When pressing those buttons, the skip button seems to decrease the volume and the repeat button seems to increase the volume of the track. Can anyone help me get these two on-screen to function properly?

If you are having issues with the music control feature, I recommend verifying that your phone is a compatible mobile device.
