How do I reset the time and date?

@JMLS are you asking how to set the time and date, this gets done through a sync of the tracker. 

You should first check the timezone setting.

Somehow the time is way off. What happened and how do i fix it. This happened after i charged the battery

Actually, I bet this happened after you depleted the battery.  The simplest explanation is that a Fitbit works like an wall clock (or analog watch).  It keeps time as long as it has power.  When you deplete the battery and give it power again, it continues to keep time right where it left off.

 

This is likely why the time is off on your Fitbit.  Just sync it and the time should correct itself.

Thank you for getting back to me. I lost the connection and wasn't able to get back to you.
I was able to sync my Fitbit and now I have the correct date and time.
