How to set up a replacement tracker

how to remove my blaze tracker from my account and then set up my replacement tracker

Hi, @cullen, if your replacement tracker is also a Blaze, there is no reason to remove your old tracker first.  Just follow the instructions to set up a replacement device

In order to set up your replacement Fitbit Blaze, you can do this in two different ways. For the first one, go to the Account section at the bottom right corner of your app and tap on it. Then, look for the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing and paired and this will take the other Blaze off your account.

 

Now, if you'd prefer, you can again go to the Account section, then tap on your tracker and scroll down at the bottom and tap where it says "Remove this tracker". This will take off your current tracker and you can then follow the process I detailed before and then you'll be all set! 🙂
