New Blaze arrived today. Always had a Charge JR always been happy.
1. No charging icon just logo and fitbit/setup
2. Linked to my app tells me battery full.
3. Screen will not turn on. Have tried reset too.
4. Tried setting an alarm to jog it into life. Figures look all jumbled -the would alarm is in a strange icon.
5. PLEASE ADVISE NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
And yes I have internet/Bluetooth on/ connection to app just dead screen.

I would suggest removing your Fitbit Blaze from your account. Then follow the setup instructions found here! If the proble still persists, i would highly suggest opening up a chat with Fitbit Support!

Have ypu done tyh setup yet @Mellymannymoo, it is the same procedure as the Charge HR was.
As for the Charge icon and alarms, those won't come until the firmware is updated.
You will feel a vibration when plugging the Blaze in to charge.
You need to use the app to setup the blaze to your Fitbit account, if it hasn't been setup.
And the Blaze is looking for its firmware.

Thank you I will try deleting blaze from app and try again but the app says its connected and battery is full. However the screen is black no green lights on back either and its lettering on the alarm i set is really odd like its corrupt. Tried resetting with buttons but its just like its dead. Will ring fitbit in the morning - ta again
