Absolutely gutted, finally took the plunge to spend some of my hard earned cash on a new phone around £450 only to learn today that its unable to "Pair" via Bluetooth (not compatible), seriously hope this is something Fitbit will look at and add to the list. I'm very sad.

A warm welcome to the Community @suzanneblaze.

Our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones and it might take a while to make a phone compatible, I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.

Keep in mind that you can also sync your tracker from a computer or a compatible device and even try the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post.

I've just bought the Huawei P20 and I'm gutted too, I can't sync it with the newly purchased Blaze Fitbit.

It's great to welcome you @Joy46.

Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices.

The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found here. If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models.

A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.

Just checked on your list and it still isn't compatible yet...Yawn. I work in a school so I cant have my phone with me, it was handy to know of incoming calls and messages. Crazy that my old phone was suited and being more up to date as left me behind 😞   .
