So I lost my fitbit blaze (I had preordered it before it even came out) and by the time I thought to look into it the battery was dead. When I contacted fitbit regarding replacing the actual charge part since I still have the bracelet I was told that I would have to purchase a whole new Blaze and received 25% off. So its great to contact fitbit but you might as well just purchase a new one.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Fitbit support is great for doing that! If you happen to get another Blaze sometime, make sure to follow the replacement set up steps for you to not loose any of your previous information. This works for any tracker you are replacing.
