Inaccurate Progress Report?

My most recent progress report was off by +50K steps.  Tracker didn't sync for 3-4 days.  Is there a fix to that so there is a record of 103K steps vs. 50K, or does it really matter?

Hi @KurtK2 nice to see you on the Fitbit Community Forums. Sorry for the delayed response. Smiley Happy

Thanks for sharing all those details in your post about your weekly report. Keep in mind that our system submits weekly report totals between Sunday night (11:59P) and early Monday morning (depending on the day you start you week). In order for our system to generate a complete week’s worth of data in a weekly report, the tracker must sync by Sunday night or early Monday morning to be included in the weekly report. Reports are sent out Mondays and continue through Tuesday of every week.

However, what you can do for the moment to see your stats is:

  1. Signing in to your Fitbit.com Dashboard.
  2. Clicking Log.
  3. Selecting Activities.
  4. Selecting the date range from the calendar tool in the upper right. Weekly progress reports collect data from Monday through Sunday.

I've requested a case for you, our team will be more than glad to give you more details about your weekly report.

Let me know if you have questions about it.
