Inaccurate heart rate

Fitbit Blaze question. My heart rate is not reading right. I have wiped the back down, ajdusted tightness, turned the watcg off and on again, turned heart rate from auto to on, switched arms, moved it up and down my wrist. It keeps tracking 75 to 85 when exercising. I just did my heart rate manually (beats in 10 seconds x 6) and got 102 and watch said 81!?! Suggestions?

I have the same issue, except mine is off by more when I exercise vigorously.
